SHIPPING POLICY: All items can be expected within 7-10 business days from day of purchase. All orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment via Pay Pal. Cost for expedited orders, international orders or orders outside of the United States will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day. Warehouse hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. CST – 4:00 p.m. CST.


  • We realize that size is always hard to determine. For this reason we gladly do EXCHANGES for shoes that do not fit. The only fee to the client will be the cost to ship the 1st pair of shoes back and the shipping cost of the new shoes. If you have questions about this policy, email us at Email Us!
  • Shoes returned for defects will be replaced, swapped, or fully refund after we examine the shoe and determine the problem.
  • Other returns, including shoes or products that don’t fit, have a potential 20% of sale price restocking fee. The client will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
  • www.ClogOn.com will not accept returns of shoes or products that have been used.
  • Shoes that have had taps installed will be accepted for return on a case by case basis.
  • Custom “made to order” product returns must be made within 3 days of delivery. Said items will be subject to a 30% of sale price restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations need to be within 8 hours of order. Cancellations must be completed prior to shipment.
